BEA
Owner & Director

Bea started working with children in 2017, since then her love for early years grew and grew.
Bea came across Montessori play through her journey to becoming a level 3 nursery practitioner. The theory of open ended play using 'loose part' items excited her and allowed her to to use this style of learning to help many of the children in her care grow, learn, explore and become independent.
Bea is living her dream running this business and is so grateful for everyone who visits.
SARAH
Cafe Assistant

Sarah is our American day one! She joined us from the very beginning, seeing CUB when it was still an empty room! Sarah's confidence has blossomed whilst working at CUB, she is a star in the kitchen, bringing her experience from other restraunts and really helping Bea out in the beginning! Sarah is a proud mum to her beautiful daughter.
CLAUDIA

Claudia started with a bang, joining us in Jan 24, bringing in all of her experience and knowledge from her previous role managing a restaurant. Claudia brings the warmest of welcomes with her smile and fun personality. She Is now a very proud mummy to 2 boys!
AMANDA

Amanda joined us in May 24 and we don't know how we coped without her! She was so eager to learn and excited to be here, she picked everything up instantly! Amanda is so helpful, kind and wanting to do her best everyday.

JILL
Cafe Assistant

Jill was a loyal customer since we opened, bringing her 2 children. Joining us in Sept 24, Jill has brought so much warmth & joy to the staff team. She has experience in childcare and hospitality, meaning she's picked up the role in a heartbeat! Jill also owns her own business Tinker Taylor Threads. She creates her own clothing from scratch, we highly recommend you check it out!
